- I started blogging as a cycling convert but, after having two children, I have discovered that the world of parents is far funnier and more bizarre than people in lycra. I still love my bike, but motherhood means I get less time in the saddle and more time negotiating the minefield of do's, don'ts and craziness that comes with the magic of childbirth.
Oh that's total poop about being sold off...ever considered swapping over and finding a job in the public sector? Though, I'm starting to doubt how stable and reliable that is at the moment.

Been downsized, bankrupted, sold off and laid off twice in the past 30 years. Today's job market flat sucks and there is no real end in sight, even government jobs are no guarantee anymore.
